My Handiwork

Here are some of the dresses I have made for friend's kids and my nieces:

This is a Christmas dress for my niece Miranda.  There is a coordinating bunny in the pocket!

This is a reversible Christmas dress for my friend Anita's little girl, Kathryn.  It has a matching kitty in the pocket.

Hats that I have made:

Once upon a time, I thought my shop would be specifically to sell these personalized hats.  They turned out to be a pain in the butt to make, though, and I realized I would never be able to make enough money off of them for it to be worth the trouble.  They are cute, though!

This one was for my nephew, Brody.  His mom likes turtles.

Hats I made for gifts or to sell:

This one was for my sister:

This one is for sale:
The two above have peace signs knitted into them, although it is hard to tell in the pictures.

The balloon just looks so professional, no?  Sigh.  I really need to get a hat form.

Some of the hats that I  have made for St. Jude.  I can make any of these hats for sale, too, if anyone wants one.  You can pick your own colors and type of yarn (cotton, organic cotton, bamboo, alpaca, etc.).  Money from any hats I sell goes to buy yarn to make more hats for St. Jude.

  1. The toys you added in the pockets were a nice touch, Natalie!

And after seeing the hats you made, it reminded me that I need to get back into knitting/crocheting. I only know the basics (i.e. how to knit a scarf), but I think I'm going to work on a cute little hat.
